Skinny Coffee Club Review

Skinny Coffee Club; what is it? What does it do? And does it work?

(This is a sponsored post, I was given free product in exchange for my honest review.)

When I first heard of Skinny Coffee I was skeptical, then again I’m skeptical by nature, so that’s nothing new, but I mean get skinny while drinking your morning cup of coffee? That just sounded too good to be true!

When I looked into it, Skinny Coffee isn’t necessarily a weight loss supplement or even a way to get skinny fast, it’s just a coffee with added ingredients that will help boost your metabolism and when combined with a healthy lifestyle can help you achieve you weight loss goals faster; here me friends, this is not a get rich quick scheme if you know what I mean.

Once I understand that Skinny Coffee was not claiming to be a miracle drug, and was actually all natural I was even more exicited to try it. I already drink coffee every morning, so replacing my normal black coffee with a cup of all natural, metabolism boosting coffee is a no brainer for me.

Skinny Coffee Club coffee contains ground green coffee, Siberian ginseng, spirulina, green tea extract, and garcinia cambogia. If you’ve been in the health world lately, some/all of these names are probably familiar to you as natural, weight loss boosting products so I was not surprised or nervous to see them in the list of ingredients in my Skinny Coffee. Oh, did I mention that is all that is in this coffee? Six ingredients, no chemicals, or scary weight loss supplements.

To me this coffee tasted like a mix between coffee and tea, which makes sense since it has green teat in it. It was soft and subtle, slightly nutty, I didn’t mind the flavor at all.

Now to the good stuff, does it work? Well that’s the million dollar question isn’t it friends?

Here’s my opinion. Yes and no.

No, I didn’t end up at the end of 30 days being the ultimate skinny babe with a beach ready body. No I didn’t not experience extreme weight loss or hit my goal weight for this summer, but, I only used the coffee for 30 days. Now let’s consider the benefits.

Yes, I did experience weight loss, and like I stated earlier, this is not a weight loss drug or one of those unsafe commercial products; it’s all natural so I was aware the weight loss would probably be slow and steady rather than quick and dramatic. At the end of the 30 days I am down about 8 pounds and I feel slimmer all around, my clothes is fitting my better, and I noticed that I’ve lost a lost of water weight/bloating which I always a nice feeling. Plus, I feel healthier. Skinny Coffee gave me the kick in the butt I needed to start a better health regiment and start focusing on my over all physical health again; I felt inspired to eat better and be more active.

So in conclusion, is it a miracle pill? No, but they never claimed it was. Is it helpful in aiding in healthy weight loss? Yes, I believe it is.

Adding a fat burning, metabolism boosting kick to your routine is as easy as brewing a cup of coffee; and that right there friends is the power of Skinny Coffee Club.

Cheers,

Stephanie
